Simon Cade is one of the kidnappers of Connor Dunbrook and the one responsible for Jessica Angell's death.
Early Life
Simon Cade originally worked for the army and was stationed in Iraq. After a manslaughter, he was arrested and dishonorably discharged.
Season 5
In Pay Up, Cade as well as several others kidnap Connor Davidson and shoot at Jessica Angell, getting hit in the shoulder and soon hits her with a fatal shot.
At the end, the place where Connor is held at is raided, Cade attempts to escape, but Flack catches up with him and finds him on the ground, with the murder weapon close to him. Instead of arresting him, Flack coldly shoots Cade in the head, killing him and avenging Jess.
