Sam Belmontes was a Lab Tech in the Miami-Dade Crime Lab whose speciality was Chemical Analysis.

He only appeared in Season 2 and the first few episodes in Season 3, his last appearance being the episode, Legal.

He was played by Cristian de la Fuente.
