"She wouldn't let me touch her feet".

Richard McQueen was a serial rapist and budding serial killer who appeared in season six of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

History

Richard's past is neither fully specified nor verified, but when questioned, he claimed his mother was a prostitute who made him hide under her bed whenever she had sex with a client. During these moments, he had a perfect view of her feet, developing an extreme foot fetishism as a result.

Then, the CSI team investigated Richard's rape of Christina Hollis. They found a piece of his fireman jacket on the floor and asked the local fire chief if he could think of any suspects. While there, they learned that the department's regulation color of the jackets was orange while the piece found in Christina's apartment was yellow, meaning Richard got it elsewhere.

After learning that he used nitruous oxide to sedate his victims, they got a warrant for his apartment on the grounds that he had purchased it earlier. He was later caught in another apartment complex by the fire department after planting more smoke bombs and attacking another woman. As he was dragged away, he said "She wouldn't let me touch her feet". He was then charged with the crimes he had commited.

Modus Operandi

Richard targeted women who lived in apartment complexes. He would set off a smoke bomb while dressed as a fireman, making it look like there was a fire, in order to gain access to their homes. He would then tranquilize his victims using nitruous oxide and lorazepam, a tranquilizer which caused amnesia if taken excessively, tie them up using rope and duct tape, give them pedicures and then rape them multiple times (it should be noted that Christina Hollis was Richard's only successful rape, the others either died or escaped).

Known Victims

  • 2006:
    • February 10: Tara Weathers (drugged and given a pedicure, but not raped)
    • February 24: An unnamed woman (unintentionally died as a result of a fire caused by his first set of smoke bombs)
    • March 4: Stephanie Daniels (intended to rape)
    • March 7: Christina Hollis (drugged and raped)
    • March 9: An unnamed woman (killed, presumably by an overdose of tranquilizer)
