Patricia Alwick was a psychologist portrayed by Alex Kingston in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in 2008.

She was brought in by Conrad Ecklie to try and help the CSI team deal with the recent death of Warrick Brown. She helps David Hodges and Greg Sanders deal with their grief and manages to console Grissom even after he initially thought he needed no help.

She was also the first person to introduce herself to Riley Adams on her first day as a CSI.
