Joseph Kayle is a Lab Tech with the Miami-Day Crime Lab specializing in fingerprints.

He also had a key role in the Season 2 finale, Innocent where he helped IAB's Rick Stetler and Lt Horatio Caine find out who was responsible for destroying an important piece of evidence during the investigation into the murder of an adult film actress despite Stetler insisting Eric Delko was guilty.
