Jim Resdon was an FBI Agent who came to the Miami-Dade Crime Lab to order Horatio Caine to stop investigating Clavo Cruz and his family because Cruz's father, the General for Life was complaining that CSI was harassing his sons.

He was played by Robert John Burke.
