Gina Sinclair was a serial killer operating with her husband, Todd Sinclair in season twelve of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
History
Gina and Todd abducted and killed four girls together. The last victim, Colleen Hughes, survived by playing along in their fantasies, but was held captive for three years. Sara investigated the case. Eventually, both were caught and Colleen was saved, but the trial wasn't all too successful. Todd was sentenced to life in prison for killing the girls, but because Gina was a master manipulator and the recordings she and Todd made when they raped their victims were not shown during the trial, she managed to portray herself as an unwilling accomplice and got off with a much lighter sentence.
Bittersweet
In 2011, she was paroled. Just a few weeks afterwards, a girl named Samantha Chase was murdered the same way Gina and Todd killed and disposed of their victims. Gina immediately became a suspect, but was later revealed not to have been the killer. The killer was actually Gina's last victim, Colleen Hughes, who had developed Stockholm Syndrome due to the amount of abuse Gina had done to her and copycatted her.
Modus Operandi
Gina and Todd targeted teenage girls. After abducting them, they would hold them captive at their house, where both Todd and Gina would rape them repeatedly, Gina using beer bottles, and record the acts with a video camera. At some points, the girls would be killed, at which point Gina and Todd dismembered them with an industrial pressure washer, encased the parts in cement blocks and disposed of them, presumably at junkyards or similar locations.

Notes
- Gina and Todd Sinclair may have been based on real life serial killers Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka. Like Homolka, Gina aided her lover in a series of rapes and murders of young women and was released after serving a very short sentence, which she got because tape recordings of their crimes weren't revealed.
